Verdicts: allow, review, block
| Verdict | Score | What it means | Suggested action |
|---|---|---|---|
allow | 60–100 | Looks like a real, unique person | Let them in |
review | 15–59 | Something is unusual | Require email verification, a CAPTCHA or phone check before giving free credits |
block | 0–14 | Very likely fake, throwaway or undeliverable | Reject the signup, or let them in without trial credits |
Two rules keep false blocks low:
- Throwaway and undeliverable domains always block.
- An unusual-looking name alone can only reach
review, neverblock. Real names from many languages look unusual, so we never block on the name alone.
If the response has did_you_mean, show it to the user: "Did you mean john@gmail.com?" You keep a real customer who made a typo.
