By subscribing to or calling the Service, you ("you", the "Customer") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ## 1. The Service The Service analyzes email addresses, and optionally IP addresses, that you submit and returns risk signals: a human score, a verdict (allow, review or block), reasons and related data. Results are **probabilistic estimates**, not facts. You decide what to do with them, and you are responsible for those decisions. ## 2. Access and billing You access the Service through RapidAPI or another channel we offer. Plans, prices, quotas and payments are handled by that channel under its own terms. Usage is counted per email address checked. Feedback calls and model statistics are free. ## 3. Your responsibilities You will: - submit only email and IP addresses you have a lawful basis to process, and tell your users, in your own privacy notice, that you use a third-party service to detect fraudulent signups; - comply with all laws that apply to you, including data-protection laws such as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, where they apply, the GDPR and similar laws; - keep your API key secret. You are responsible for all usage under your key. You will not: - use the Service to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on people (for example credit, employment, housing or insurance) without human review; - use the Service to discriminate unlawfully, to send spam, or to clean or verify lists for spam; - reverse engineer the Service, try to extract its models, lists or data, or overload it; - resell the Service's raw output as a competing product; - submit false feedback meant to manipulate the Service. ## 4. Data How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: email and IP addresses are analyzed and not stored. For addresses you submit, you are the controller and we act as your processor. A data processing agreement is available on request. Feedback you send (for example "confirmed" or "fake") is used to improve the Service for all customers, in aggregated, non-identifying form. For example, many customers reporting fake signups from one domain raises that domain's risk for everyone. No customer can see another customer's data. ## 5. Availability and changes We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During the beta period, features, scoring and results may change. We may change these terms; material changes will be announced on the API listing at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the changes. ## 6. Disclaimer THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY RESULT IS CORRECT OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT ALL FRAUD. ## 7. Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR CUSTOMERS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ITS RESULTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. ## 8. Indemnity You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law, including decisions you make based on its results. ## 9. Termination You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. Sections 6 to 8 and 10 survive termination. ## 10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
